Have you ever performed in any theater/play?

I had performed in a school play a long time ago. I don’t even remember the name of the play, But only remember that I played a king in that. This was a very interesting experience as had to remember lines, face people and also coordinate with other fellow people as well.

 I was thrilled. Now, whenever I see any theater or play the only thought that’s come in mind is how do they do this. For making a play successful there is a lot of hard work of every individual behind it.

Now I often prefer watching plays or live musical theater at the Academy of Music. And I love every single performance of the play.

They have to devote a lot of time and energy towards making their performance better and better day by day. On the date of the play, they are nervous, afraid and enthusiastic for the performance. Nervous for facing numbers of audience’s in front of them, Afraid of forgetting their lines or any other mistake which could ruin the play and enthusiastic for getting the result of their hard work. Once the play is completed there is a lot of joy, happiness, and satisfaction as the play went very well without any mistakes.

Evert time it is not possible, that the play will end well without any mistake or any misshapen.  It may happen that the artist forgets the line while performing or fell ill on the performance day, so every time it is not possible for the organizer to arrange for alternatives. Suppose everything is ok with the artist then there is a chance of malfunctioning of the electronics that are used in the theaters like lights, sounds or any other products.

So, performing musical theaters are not so easy as it looks, there are many up and downs in that.  Still, the organizer’s and the artist look forward to every performance and theaters.
